Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped to the European Union may incur import VAT and, depending on the value and contents of the order, customs duties. These are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
